Simple 5 Steps To Finding Your Best Affiliate Product
Informational products on the internet are abundant, easy to find but difficult to determine if they are any good. The following five steps apply mostly to e-books and downloads but can also apply to tangible products.
First, consider the source. Is there evidence that the online informational product has a track record? A Google Search may clarify the effectiveness of the product. Blogs and consumer forums are also good sources but the best way might be to visit their web site to see if it is merely hyped. If the seller does not have his own domain, this is a possible red flag. A phone call or email to the marketer is also in line with determining the reliability of the product. Most reputable product offers have customer service or “contact us” tabs on their home page.
Second, are they going to keep your money if the product does not perform as promised or is there a guarantee? I would not touch the product if there is not at least a 30-day money-back guarantee. You need at least 30 days to try the product out before you will really know if it works.
Third, is this a product you really need? Does someone else need it? How will it accomplish your goal if no one needs it? If its need approaches that of the need for food, go for it! It is a hot product! If not, look for another source of e-food.
Fourth, does it work? Does it function? Will it perform? Here again, I love the search engines. If someone else has bought it, someone will have a comment on how it performs. Always be careful not to believe all that is written about the product both pro and con and consider the sources of the reviews.
Fifth, is it worth it? Will you get what you pay for? I have found that sometimes the add-ons to the offer are better than the offer itself and I find the value in the additional product and not the offered product.
Well, there are the simple 5 steps to finding a great affiliate product. Keep up the great surf and we will see you around the next virtual corner!
